The Party Committee of the enterprise is subordinate to the Party Committee of Beijing North Star Co., Ltd., which currently has 165 party members and 8 branches, Dept. of Catering, Dept. of Guest Affairs, Dept. of Business Exhibition, Sales and Equipment, Dept. of Engineering, Dept. of Security, Dept. of Finance, Personnel and Purchase, Dept. of Administrative Offices, and Dept. of Retired Personnel. In 2005, the Party Committee successfully completed tasks of the three stages (learning mobilization, analysis and appraisal, and rectification and improvement) for the educational activities for maintaining the advancement of CPC and fulfilled the objective requirements of the nondelay in

and improvement of both learning and work; it was appraised as advanced grass-roots party organization.

With 6 branches, the CYLC Committee of the enterprise currently has 123 members, 22 out of which are cadres. The Committee has 16 groups of “Civilized Youth”, 3 at the national level, 6 at the municipal level and 7 at the group level. The committee was awarded by Municipal Committee of CYLC “Beijing May 4 Red Flag CYLC Committee.

The Labor Union of the enterprise has 7 branches and 36 teams, with a total of members of 620. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the Labor Union brings into full play its role of a bridge for the Party and the masses, maximally maintain the legal rights and interests of the employees, positively carries out plentiful activities of recreation and sports, and units the workers and staff to focus on core tasks of the enterprise.
